Maktech is currently setting up a state-of-the-art G1 Tandem Line with a 2300T Header press at its Faridabad Premises.

This facility is planned to be setup across 225,000 Sqft and is expected to be one India’s largest independently positioned Sheet metal stamping facilities with a captive blanking setup.

Our first tandem press line consists of:

• 2300T Lead press

• 1200T

• 800T

• 600T

• 600T

• Large bed size of 3700mm x 2300mm

• Line Stroke 900mm

• All Twin Side Moving Bolsters

• High Speed Link Drive

• Japanese OEM Spec Press Line

• Modular Foundation with Scrap Conveyors

• Robotic Part Transfer System (ABB)

The facility has the following features to ensure optimum production for our clients:

• A captive Japanese 700T Blanking Line to feed the press line (and more)

• 2.5 Times space for Tool storage

• 1.5 Times space for Parts-Out Storage

• 1.5 Times space for Blank Storage

• 85Ton x 2 Overhead Cranes

• 35Ton x 2 Overhead Cranes

• On-Site Tool room for efficient Die repairs

• Full set of spares for Tandem Line

• Located next-door to our Rebuild division to ensure zero maintenance down time.
